I think Turn 1 as a 90 degree right hander isn't quite as nice of an overtaking chances as you might like it to be. Make it ~135 degrees and it would improve significantly. Otherwise not bad. I think your 3rd overtaking chance is quite optimistic coming off a high speed sweeping turn on a very short straight into a 95 degree turn. Still you don't need 4 good passing chances on a track.

The 1.5 mile oval in the middle of the track gives some scale. Track would be run counter-clockwise. The track utilizes banked turns and hairpins to enhance passing.

Turn one is a flat out gentle bend. Turn two is the first banked turn (24 degrees). A .35 mile straight leads into Turn three, another 24 degree banked turn. The following straight goes through a tunnel into the first right-hander - a flat turn 4. Turn 5 is another sweeping left hander banked at 18 degrees like Richmond. A .35 mile straight leads into a 23 degree banked turn 6, a pseudo-Bristol turn. A short straight leads into turn 7, modeled after Martinsville. Turn 8 begins the more traditional road coarse section.
